Imagine wearing a big, fat diamond ring…when I say BIG, I mean giant sized! It is so huge and sparkly that you need a pair of sunglasses just to look at it!

Anyway, visualize wearing this precious gem stone on your hand. It's a one-of-a-kind, rare, blemish-free, very valuable gift. You would do everything within your power to protect it, right? You would guard against it ever getting lost or stolen.

Well, I want you to think about yourself and your purity that way. You are a one-of-a-kind, rare, beautiful, priceless gift – worth far more than any diamond! Just as you would need to put on sunglasses to look at that sparkling ring, you also need to put on 'Son-glasses' to capture the radiance and purity of God's own Son, Jesus Christ, who made it possible for us to come before the Father God as pure and blameless when we accept the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior. God's Word encourages us to guard our hearts, much like you would guard that ring! To protect your purity, stay alert and use your Son-glasses. Psalm 119:9 says a young person can stay pure by living according to God's Word. With the help and hope that comes from Scripture, it is possible to choose a lifestyle of purity in this day and age. Pure Style is hosting a Spring event that will make your feet happy and your faith stronger! Come out on Friday, April 9, 2010 for a Concert by Corrie Carlson - a shoe fasion show - and a message of encouragement, entitled: "From your Soul to your Sole - God makes you Whole!"

This event is designed to equip and explain practical ways today's teen girl can stay pure spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically by using the Word of God. Pure Style will bring the message of truth to the youth in a fresh, relevant, real way. Middle and High School girls are encouraged to come and bring a bunch of friends. You'll leave with some goodies as well as some good stuff from God's Word. Walk, Run, Skip on over!
